Get help with your account
Managing your accountTo change the email associated with your account or the name on your account, go to the profile page and change your email or name.
Manage Trial SubscriptionTo manage your trial subscriptions go to your subscription page. Trial subscriptions will be indicated under “Type” and will include the start date and the end date of the trial. At the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription.
To end the trial and avoid being billed for the subscription, click the blue arrow on the right of the subscription and cancel the trial before the last day of the trial period.
Trial subscriptions will generate invoices in the billing page. These invoices will be for $0 and you will not be charged.
Manage SubscriptionTo view your existing subscriptions or cancel your subscriptions go to your subscription page. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the period unless you cancel the subscription by stopping the automatic renewal.
To stop automatic renewal, click the blue arrow on the right of the subscription and stop automatic renewal. (In smaller browser windows, you may need to close the right-hand menu to see the arrow. Click the three-pink lines at the top of the screen to close the right-hand menu.) At the end of the subscription term, you will no longer be billed for the feature nor be able to use the feature. This will not close your account nor discontinue your usage or billing on your other active subscriptions.
To cancel your paid account, stop automatic renewal for all of your active subscriptions. At the end of the term for the latest active subscription, your account will no longer have access to any paid features, but you may continue to use odrive for free!
Manage BillingTo view and print your past invoices and receipts or update your credit card visit your billing page. Click the invoice number link to view or print your invoice receipt. Any credits or un-invoiced charges will show up here as well.
To update your credit card click the blue "update credit card information” link at the bottom of the page. A dialogue box will prompting you to enter your new credit card.
